How does Therapy Hero work?

With Therapy Hero, you can see a registered therapist via video on your mobile phone, tablet or desktop. At your first appointment, your therapist will assess your needs and then discuss potential treatment options with you.

Who can use Therapy Hero?

Therapy Hero is available to anyone who is 18 years of age or older.

How much does it cost?

Each session at Therapy Hero costs £90 and includes one 50-minute session with a licenced therapist.

Do I choose my therapist?

Yes, as a patient you have full control over whom you’d like to speak to. We will recommend therapists to you based on your situation, but you decide who you book an appointment with.
